xxxx 14ft camper trailer for CHEAP family fun or deer hunters !  not sure about the water system never have used it but the furnaced worked untill the tank ran out of gas then they said no longer could fill that old style tank so you will need your own new tanks and fittings. has a newer refridgerator in it that works great and the top of it is a small freezer that will also make ice, lights also work and has the adaptor plug also to plug in at a camp ground or to a generator tires are 50% only selling it because the wife and got one to pull behind our motor cycle and just cant see it sitting around.    989-450-xxxx Don
